A rare, seasonal white honey from the Plectranthus Rugosus flower, harvested only in September and October from the hills of Rohru and Chamba in Himachal Pradesh. Distinctively ivory gold in hue, with a delicate sweetness and soft floral notes. A connoisseur's honey.
Best Served: A spoonful in your morning Kangra herbal tea, drizzled over yoghurt or fresh fruit, or spread on warm bread. Use as a natural sweetener in milk or kadha.
