A former M.L.A. and lifelong advocate for Himachal Pradesh, Ajay founded what would become Himalayan Amrit in 1994 — one of India’s first herbal tea companies. He continues to guide sourcing, production standards, and the factory’s growth from Raja Ka Bagh.
Rahat Mahajan
COO, Marketing & Brand Strategy
A filmmaker and brand strategist with an M.F.A. from Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles. His debut feature Meghdoot premiered at Rotterdam in 2022. Rahat leads Himalayan Amrit’s global expansion, brand vision, and creative direction.
Ambar Mahajan
CCO, Sales & Distribution
A hospitality entrepreneur behind Out of the Blue (Powai, Mumbai) and Firangi Dhaba, with a Master’s from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Ambar drives Himalayan Amrit’s sales and distribution strategy, ensuring the brand reaches wider markets while staying true to its roots.
